APPLICATION GUIDELINES
Performers are youth and college students. Choreographers can be professional or students.
Application Deadline: October 31, 2019
Notification: November 15, 2019
Student Fee Due: January 31, 2020
Program Info: February 28, 2020
Dancer Fee: $85 per dancer
Student Participation Fee includes
4 classes over 2 days
2 lunches
1 T-shirt
1 ticket to the CDF Gala
The $85 fee does not include tickets for parents to the CDF Gala or the Youth Gala.
Only 1 work from each group will be selected, but you can submit up to 2 works for adjudication.
Additional students from your school/program can attend the festival by paying the $85 fee if there is space.
Requirements

Performers must be 12 years or older and enrolled in a youth or college program.

Maximum number of pieces 1 group can submit: 2

A maximum of 1 work will be selected from each group

Minimum Length: 3 minutes

Maximum Length: 6 minutes

Performing students must participate in all classes

Choreographers can be professional or students.

The number of dancers that you submit in your application is the number we expect to attend.

Replacements for dancers who become injured are allowed.

New: Dance works must have a minimum of 4 dancers.
